Senior/Expert UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior/Expert UI/UX Designer to join our team and elevate the player experience through intuitive and engaging interfaces. As a Senior/Expert Designer, you will drive design initiatives, from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless integration within Unreal Engine. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design that enhances gameplay and usability.

• UI/UX Design: Own the design process from concept to high-fidelity
  implementation, aligning with player needs.
• Prototyping in Figma: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes for
  engaging, user-friendly interfaces for PC and consoles.
• High-Fidelity Asset Creation: Design polished assets in
  Photoshop/Illustrator for UI/UX.
• Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing and research to improve
  designs.

• Over 4 years of UI/UX experience in AA/AAA games
• Expert in Figma for low/high-fidelity designs and rapid prototyping.
• Advanced Photoshop/Illustrator skills for asset creation.
• User-Centered Design: Strong in usability testing and feature ideation.
• Collaborative & Passionate: Love working with teams and staying updated
  on gaming trends.
• Strong Aesthetic Sense: Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive
  designs.
• Passion for Games: Enthusiastic about both creating and playing games.
• Fluent in English: C1 level proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Intermediate Polish: B1/B2 level proficiency in Polish language

Pluses:

• Advanced usability testing and user research skills.
• Unreal Engine experience in UI layout (UMG), animations, and UI visual 
  effects.
• Experience with version control software (Perforce preferred).
• Multiplayer Game Experience: Track record in creating multiplayer 
  games.
• Multiplatform Development: Experience developing games for PC and 
  consoles
